Friday 24th April
The focus of this retreat day, the day after St George’s Day, is what it means to have a national identity and a Christian identity. Together we will explore our identity in Christ and patriotism; how the call to love our neighbours frames our love of country and how we understand ourselves as citizens of ‘two kingdoms’.
Each retreat day runs from 10am - 3pm at St Chad’s Church Hall, Gifford’s Croft, Lichfield, WS13 7HD. There is parking available at the Hall. If you are coming by public transport it is a 20 minute walk from Lichfield City Station. Lunch and refreshments throughout the day are included.
